Our initiative is to provide disability-inclusive workplace training to managers and employees nationwide. This ensures that people working alongside each other can understand the diverse ways disabilities may manifest and recognize the needs their co-workers may have.

Our disability-inclusive curriculum includes input from our partners involved in the leading organizations focused on Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Blindness, Deafness, and physical disabilities.

We believe that accurately representing people with disabilities in the workplace eliminates stigmas and myths prevalent in hiring discrimination. Certification fosters an environment where individuals are valued for their skills and potential, regardless of their disabilities.
