Volunteers can help reach out to potential donors and sponsors before the event. This includes making phone calls, sending emails, and preparing donation packages.
Videographer? Photographer? Help with LIVE coverage, by capturing and interviewing people at our events. Storytelling is crucial to carrying out our mission- documenting posts, creating graphics, and creating content LIVE at the event on various platforms help us so much!
Coordinating events from beginning to end. Planning the budgets to rounding up the volunteers for the day of the event.
We always have a variety of fundraising activities at our events, such as raffles, silent auctions, and donation drives. Volunteers can help with managing these activities and encouraging attendees to participate.
To reach a wider audience, assist with promoting the event through social media, email campaigns, flyers, and other promotional materials.
